English: Writing a viking story, understanding Kenning poems and creating a non-chronological report on the Viking era.
Maths: Place value, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, perimeter and area.
Science: Describing the changed in humans and animals are they develop into old age, and understanding forces.
History: Anglo-Saxon and Viking invasions of Britain between 450AD-1066.
Geography: Explaining how natural and human resources impact on where people choose to settle in the UK.
Religious Education: Bible studies and the creation story in Christianity.
PSHE: Know how to make informed choices that contribute to a balanced lifestyle, identify the different influences on food and diet, understand how images in the media can distort reality, know how to resist unhelpful pressure and ask for help, and understand what to do in an emergency.
Art and Design: Looking at the artist Adam Hale and creating a viking portrait.
Music: Compose a song on Garageband to include verses and a chorus.
French: Learning to respond to classroom requests, asking for things within the classroom, remembering numbers from 31-60, and identifying the differences in school in the UK and France.
PE: Learning football skills such as; passing the ball, dribbling the ball, attacking and defending, recalling the rules of the game, playing in the different positions, and learning the skills of the referee.
