Worksop Blogging Challenge

This week in English we have written some fantastic story openers about a potion lesson going wrong. We planned the different things that could happen in groups and then shared the ideas with our friends. Finally, we used these ideas to create an opening for our story. Why not head over to our Blog and read some: http://merlin2019.norbridgeblogs.net/

Drama-Chapter 3

Today in English we discussed the personalities of the characters in Chapter 3. We then discussed how books are often turned into films. We found out that directors will add extra scenes to make the film more entertaining. We talked about how to create an entertaining scene using different props and facial expressions. Finally, we had a go at acting out Chapter 3 in groups and then commented on each other’s performances.
