Maths

Spring Term 2 

 

Week 1 and 2 

 

In Maths the children have been learning about statistics and how to use pictograms to analyse and show data. How we use bar charts to find out information and use them to solve problems. 

Week 3 and 4 

In Maths the children have been continuing their topic of Statistics by focusing on measuring using m, cm and mm. They have learnt how to convert measurements so we can add and subtract measurements. We have also learnt how to measure using a ruler. 

Week 5 and 6 

In Maths the children have been learning how to calculate the perimeter of a shape, how to draw a shape using measurements and to solve problems about perimeters. We have also revised multiplication and division.
